We are proud to introduce the new Truck APU of 2007. New Federal regulations will require Diesel Truck Owners & Operators to enact an idle reduction program. The idea is to reduce and prevent idling by Big Rigs as they rest on the side of the road. An added benefit to fleet owners is the fuel savings from installing a Truck APU . The Comfort Master APU for example burns 1/4 gallon per hour of fuel while providing over 30,000btu of heating or cooling versus a rig idling and burning 1 to 1 & 1/2 gallons of fuel per hour to put out 20 - 25,000btu in the cab which will never fully reach the sleeper.
